All trimmed up, per (hopefully accurate) googled-bay-tree-maintenance. It's very different, which makes me nervous. All the accounts I read sounded like a bay tree should be shaped like a crepe myrtle. We'll see come the spring growing season if I have mangled this poor guy beyond repair.
